I am a licensed real estate broker in the State of Oregon and work with Len and Laura Bailey of Bailey & Casey Real Estate in Eugene, Oregon.

• Over 35 years of experience as an owner buying and selling real estate both for personal use and income producing properties. I bought my first house (as a rental) when I was 21. (That was a few years ago…..)
• Completed over 40 real estate transactions as a principal.
• Extensive work experience with or in government agencies responsible for property/land related regulation.
• Many years of work experience with computer technology which is an important tool in all aspects of real estate business.
• Worked with property managers and as a property manager for my own income producing properties including apartment buildings, vacation rentals, duplexes and single-family homes. 
• The full support and knowledge of the Bailey &Casey Real Estate office with over 40 years of combined experience in the real estate business.
